Remington Steels from Bond

Before Pierce Brosnan was aptly playing the role of James Bond, he was busy playing the James Bond rip-off character, Remington Steel.

Brosnan along with Stephanie Zimbalist created a dynamic detective duo in one of my favorite 1980’s era shows.  Unfortunately, the show did not include “Q” or any tricked out Austin Martins.

There were, however some nice car chase scenes and lots of chemistry between the actors.

When the show was moved to the zombie Saturday night time spot, the audience, including myself, deserted the show and it died a miserable death.  Fortunately, Pierce Brosnan went on to bigger and better roles.
