Late Night Car Movies – Ronin

Ronin is the perfect late night car movie for the tired brain. No worries about paying attention to dialog cause it sucks anyway. No complicated plot to figure out, cause it sucks too. But the thing that Ronin does have, is some of the best car chases and car crashes available on late night TV.

While it’s nice to have actor, Robert De Niro along for the ride, the real star of this production is Director John Frankenhiemer. The 1998 Ronin was the cherry on the top of his 1966 thrilling car chase sequences from Grand Prix.
